Absolt is a production company and a creative collective founded by Thomas Mansy in 2010 in Lille, now based in Paris.
The Lille collective, created by a group of friends, was historically a media and cultural player in the area, setting up exhibitions, shows, events and parties, maintaining a real local community.
Step by step, the two creative talents of the collective, Gaetan Morant and Thomas Mansy, moved in a self-taught way towards art direction, video and photography. After increasingly offering their services, the collective gradually transformed into a creative studio.
In 2015, when the collective was in full swing, their project got turned upside down with the loss of Gaetan. Thomas then left Lille for Paris, more motivated than ever to keep the project going.
Absolt is no longer one, but the ambition remains the same. As time went on, more video and graphic production projects were coming in. Thomas set up Absolt’s first office in 2017 alongside Bon Esprit and Trax Magazine with whom he continues to work with regularly.
That same year, in the universe of culture, music and nightlife, Thomas met Rémy Golinelli, a photographer & videographer that's been working in the industry for several years.
The two directors began working more often together and over time, realized they had common ideas : transform their experiences in the cultural field into a force for the creation of digital content. In 2018, they decided to join forces and Absolt became a production company.
Today, after 3 years based in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, Absolt works with major brands and agencies, offering its creative production and direction services.
Drawing on its creativity and its network of talents, Absolt is now able to set up effective productions for advertising or music videos with passion and authenticity.
Absolt is and will remain above all, a family and a collective project. - 2015
